Instructional Design

Tetratronix has extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering adult learning programs for the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Our curricula are engaging, effective, and efficient.

We use Michael Allen's Successive Approximation Model (SAM) for instructional design projects.

We also use the Brain-centric Design (BcD) challenge wheel to create learning activities for each key concept. This method was developed by Kieran O'Mahony and Rich Carr and is based on the current neuroscience of how human brains process information and learn.
